Hello from sunny south of England.

As I mentioned the last time, I was preparing a wound heaing salve and an anti-inflammatory salve for pain.

It is with great happiness that I prepared this wound repair salve with the intention of combining a few medicinal plants that have anti- inflammatory effect, the good results needed to be shared with the world. The combination Calendula, yarrow and comfrey make it truly special, with a hint of rosemary oil.

Calendula has anti-inflammatory properties, Yarrow, is a wound healing plant used for centuries, her full name Achillea Millefolium, was given by greek hero Achilles, who used the plant to cure the wounds of his soldiers. It is wound healing and anti-inflammatory.

Comfrey is known to help heal broken bones, that is the reason why it only should be used on clean wounds. It will help to speed up the healing process.

I loved creating this repair salve and I hope you will find it helpful. I collected all the ingredients from my allotment and some in the field. I am in the process of collecting comfrey roots during autumn months, to dry and use in my next salves.

With the the winter months round the corner we have started to take elderberry syrup at home.

Another product available now in the shop is Silver dose. Colloidal silver (10 ppm-15ppm) is known for its antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial properties. It can be used in the skin to help with acne, eczema, psoriasis, and minor cuts and wounds. Colloidal silver can fight harmful bacteria and promote healing of the skin. Another use is used internally for infections. Start with a small dose of 15 ml to 30 ml a day.

Wishing you all a great week.

With lots of love from the south of England.
